The Cragside Conservatory
Cragside House in Northumberland is a fine example of Victorian architecture and this inspired us when designing the Cragside Victorian Conservatory. Inside and out, the detailing is exquisite in style. During the Victorian era, a great number of historical periods and their styles were popular simultaneously and all were freely interpreted and mixed.
Victorian Conservatories
Vale's Cragside victorian conservatory has delicate framework punctuated by striking columns. The door and window designs can be created using traditional timber methods incorporating 26mm glaze bars and individual double glazed units. Alternatively, as was popular with the Victorians, decoration is created by means of a metal tracery sitting to the exterior of the glass.
